I had called the store at Rosemont to find out how long that item would be kept on hold if I didn’t receive a confirmation email, from my order, the sales associate, Emily, later helped in realizing that my email address was out of date. Emily was phenomenal! She worked with me to get the item that I needed and shipped it to me so I wouldn’t have to make the trip all the way out to Rosemont to pick up the item.
