The associate did not seem to know or have the desire to help me with what I was looking for— she handed me a book and said “here find it yourself” and proceeded to ask to help someone else. I asked another associate — for my answer and left— Did not want to give them my money

The associate was Sophia and she was very rude. I own a total of 11 bracelets 3 pairs of earrings, 1 ring, 1 necklace, and a countless number of charms. I have never been in a store where all of the other associates are offering options and pulling out cases of jewelry to show and she’s going one charm at a time as if someone was a thief. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I was in the store a total of one hour and forty five minutes for no reason at all. I’m very disappointed in the representation of your brand by this associate. This comes just after the closing for COVID and I was told that there was a buy one get one promotion that never occurred. Pandora is a hobby for me and this experience made it become more stressful than enjoying. Thanks Tanisha Hines 773-569-0791

The managers are very rude. Most of the sales associates give very dirty looks to the customers. The sales associates and managers seem to not care about the product or the customer. When I went there the sales associate,Judy, that was helping me was very nice for a change every other time I went the sales associates were very rude. I was actually surprised with the friendliness that Judy presented. But still will not go there again and will not recommend that store.

While I dropped my bracelet off for cleaning I bought another charm. I was told the wait for pickup of my bracelet would be 15 minutes. So we went to go shop around. When we came to pickup we were told by the sales associate that my bracelet was given to another customer and when this customer was called they were “no where near here” and we would not be able to get our bracelet until the next day whenever they dropped off the bracelet. I do not know what kind of policy you all have for when customers pick up their merchandise but how this staff handled it was very unprofessional. The fact that they had taken a picture of my bracelet and had me fill out paperwork with my information for pick up and yet MY bracelet was given to someone else makes no sense to me. And yet when we did pick up the bracelet they stated they received it in the morning that day but even then they didn’t even bother giving us a call to let us know they had received our bracelet to relieve our mind from thinking it was still in someone else’s hands. It’s not about how much the bracelet and charms cost but the sentimental value that’s attached to it that hurt the most knowing it could have been lost..

The level of customer service I have experienced at this location was fine overall. The staff overall was ok (shout out to Michelle S. for her dedication and great level of service). However, I cannot say the same about the sales associate that ended up assisting us. For starters, the moment she approached us .........Considering that she was an "assistant manager," she was less than helpful and not very knowledgeable about the jewlery she was selling. She was patronizing throughout the entire interaction and far from hospitable. We returned the item due to complete dissatisfaction with our experience. The thought of being reminded of our abhorrent experience. Not to mention, when we returned the itme, we were informed that the jewlery we purchased was actaully 50% off, which was never mentioned at the time of purchase. Way to rip off customers and build loyalty to the brand. Lastly, the name on the receipt we recevied was for a man named "Albert." However, there were no males working at the store at the time. ripped us off.

The sales associate treated me prejudice, her name was Marah. She gave me false info starting there's not any more sales charms and put me off on another sales associate that was black as well he heard her lure and tell me there wasn't any sake charms he pulled was very very nice he felt offended also I talk to another manager she said she handled the problem but I want satisfied they gave me a card worth corporate # also with there names. I will be calling. My name is Lakesha Douglas.
