My daughter pandora charm had broke & it was a purchase that was done this year, yet the Pandora location at the Harlem and Irving plaza wasn’t able to fix this issues, I walked in and associate Gaby at the rosemont location fix my issue within matter of seconds with out a problem.

I was looking for bracelets for my 3year old granddaughters & the associate showed me the smallest available. Made my day because when I called old orchard I was told there was nothing smaller than a 6”.. she got me what I needed
