It always amazes me how the associates can find a particular charm amid the thousands within the glass cabinets , not to mention whatever is in the back. The way the store is run is very efficient. The staff is very knowledgeable, and can locate a charm at any other store if it’s not in stock.

Alannie was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. I came to have my bracelet cleaned. I dropped it off and decided to come back after to shop. When I came back she was on break. The other associates ignored me , didn’t seem like they wanted to help, handed my clean bracelet to me in a bag (I always wear it), and when I asked to see the clearance charms none of them wanted to assist me. They kept saying that everything is on the wall. I was about to leave until I saw Alannie came back. Without hesitation asked how my bracelet was , complemented my charms , asked if I wanted to use my coupon. So after her other coworkers made me not want to shop there , Alannie once again made me feel welcomed and I ended up purchasing two new charms and will come back for engraving for one of them thanks to the information she provided. She pulled trays out of charms that I can choose from with no issues , unlike the others that made me feel like I was bothering them just for asking. She even immediately offered me the option of wearing my bracelet out (which once again I always do) I absolutely loved the interaction with her. Will definitely come back only if she’s there.

I enjoy coming to the chicago outlet location I just hate having to wait 15-20 min plus for someone to be able to help me and it would be nice if the employees knew if they can price match to the online prices

The customer service there is so amazing, they are always here to help you with your choice. And I’m also really grateful to associates who are offering free jewelry cleaning without asking about that.

I will recommend the pandora in the rosemont mall because they are so friendly and attentive Alannie was so great with helping with the charms I like and with issue I went in with I really appreciated how her and the team treated me
