I called Pandora because I was looking for a retired item that I had bought 2 years ago. I was frantically looking and then I was referred to the Rosemont location as most retired items go there. Rep was able to locate my ring and a stacked band to secure it so it wouldn’t be lost this time. She also informed me of a promotion going on, I qualified for a free bangle and didn’t even know it so I appreciated her telling me. She was so friendly and determined to help me find the item I was looking for. Very happy with my experience

Easy to find everything and a lot items were in stock unlike other store. Wonderful customer service, Genielynn knew the names of every charm or earrings & gave me great suggestions for my earrings.

The wait was less than 15 minutes to enter the store. The associate was helpful and patient. And although the store did not have what I wanted, there were other choices.
