My husband and I drive 2.5 hours to visit this location. I live in the Grand Rapids, MI area and the 2 locations here are HORRIBLE. I haven't made a purchase from them to be able to report it but when in Chicago...this store is our go to! The associate was friendly, knowledgable, and so inviting. Did not feel rushed at all and we will for sure be back in the near future for our next purchase!!

The sales associate (Megan O) was very wonderful. She was super sweet and friendly, made the wait to get inside of the store a lot more tolerable. She is a true asset to your company, very gifted in the art of customer service.
