The sale associate, Akilah T., was very patient with us as customers, took her time with our shopping experience. Akilah treated my wife and I as valued customers. I cannot say enough about how great the customer service team and Akilah represented your Pandora brand. The experience will never be forgotten. Akilah has a customer for life. The sales associate Sophia M. was extremely helpful. She was so nice, polite & patient. She had great recommendations. I probably wouldn't have spent as much if it wasn't for her great customer service skills.

The sales associate checking me in was very kind and efficient, especially since there was a line and I came first thing in the morning. The associate who helped me, Milena, was fantastic! I came in knowing which things I wanted from the website, but she showed me a variety of other options I haven’t seen and I ended up finding more things I fell in love with! They also had a promotion going on and the manager was also helping explain to me which would even be a better offer and I ended up taking home a gorgeous ornament to put on my Christmas tree along with my charms!

I initially went to the store at Oakbrook and was highly disappointed with the amount of the bracelet cost there. Went to the outlet and was highly impressed with my purchase and the knowledge and patience Milena presented. I shopped in comfort and felt wonderful about spending the amount of money I did. Thanks Milena and the other associates who answered my uncertainty and made me feel at ease.
