The sales associates were wonderful! Rachel was nice and did a wonderful job of cleaning my bracelets and charms. I was very pleased that she took time to clean them. Sophia was my salesperson and she was very nice also. I purchased a gold ring I hadn’t planned on purchasing. Kudos to Rachel, Sophia and other employees in the store doing great on customer service...

Felix has top notch customer service!

Social distancing was implemented and hand sanitizer at the front door. Sales associate walked around and passed water bottles to customers. I went in the store not knowing what to purchase. I described to the sales associate what the person i was shopping for likes and her hobbies. The sales Associate was knowledgeable about the merchandise and was able to assist greatly in finding the perfect gift in less than 10 minutes.

She was so nice she offered to try it on my bracelet and she also put it on in the end after purchasing
