I went to oakbrook pandora and they didn't have the item I wanted because it was retired, so she looked it up and they had it rosemont outlet. The sale associate at oakbrook called and had them hold it for me. She really went out of her way for me. Then the next morning I called rosemont and the lady there took all my information and sending it out to me. She was very nice and helpful.
