Pandora Jewelry

I went into Pandora a little nervous and anxious. I had never purchased or went inside the store until yesterday. I wanted to do a tribute bracelet in honor of my 7yr old daughter that passed away and I have been putting it off for sometime now. Im always worried about making ppl uncomfortable but my sales lady Bela (chicago fashion outlet mall) was truly a gem! Bela took time with me and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything i needed for my bracelet. Bela asked me questions about my daughter, she suggested pieces, and just overall took care of me. Even though certain charms wasn't available, my bracelet still came out better than expected! Thank you Bela for your patience and kindness! I will definitely be making another trip soon.
