I was intrigued with the charms, and the different necklaces, and bangles also the rings I Love them all.

This visit was my first time in a Pandora store and Amber assisted myself and my sister. She took care of the two of us equally, explaining the product, cleaning, etc. I appreciate the ease of the exchange of my bracelet I recently purchased of which Amber immediately told me it was too big and showed me the proper way for it to fit. She also told us the max amount of charms that should go on each bracelet and organized them beautifully. Her knowledge, professionalism and friendliness will have us to definitely return soon!

The prices were great.

I had to return two items that had broken. No problem in locating the item again and doing the exchanges. I also came in to take advantage of the 50% sale. I was able to find what I wanted. I brought my granddaughter in to pick out a few things My associate was attentive to her needs with patience. I did go ove my budget but it was worth it. Will be shopping again soon. When the store is crowded sometimes you feel rush to select your items. I didn't feel rush at all. Very please

I like Pandora but not a big fan but on 6/26 I visited the store with my friend and she bought me a bracelet and I fell in love with Pandora already.
