Pandora made sure there were markers outside of the store to emphasis social distancing. Also, while standing in the line I was offered a catalog to review the available items.

I was able to receive all the help I needed during my visit and the staff was very friendly. Specially the young lady that was so patient and kind to help me during the process of looking for what I needed. I was very pleased and enjoyed my visit.

The staff was very pleasant and patient. They were very good about distancing without making you feel unwelcome. My salesperson answered all of my questions, placed my new charm on my bracelet for me, and gave me some great cleaning/care tips. I love Pandora!

Shopping during Covid-19 is definitely hard but the sales associate provided us with hand sanitizer at the beginning of our interaction. All items were also disinfected before and after they were touched.

This Pandora outlet is my favorite among of the Pandora stores. They have variety of choices and mostly retired charms that I love. Their associates are friendly.

This was my first purchase from pandora. The sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. There is so much to choose from and not one time did I feel rushed. I appreciated that.

This was not an in store experience; it was over the phone. The merchandise was not available at my pandora store and the Associate (via phone) offered to try to locate it at a different location. She did. Both stores handled the phone calls professionally and pleasantly.
