The Pandora rep was really friendly. She explained curside pick up and gave clear directions on what to do when we arrived. The items were wrapped in a zip lock bag to keep them as sanitary as possible.

I was ordering online to pick up and at the beginning got little disappointed due to website saying it might be from 3-5 days to compete the order. After I completed the order not too long after I received a call from a # I did not recognized bit picked up the call and it was the friendliest representative of Pandora. She was very nice, professional and completed the order process over the phone. Sales representative verified every detail of the order informed that it was in stock and made the process easy and explained step by step. I was shocked with process being so fast easy and especially with her professionalism.
