The sales team quickly acknowledge us when we walked in. They quickly helped me with cleaning my charms. They were eager to help but also gave us space.

First time visiting this store on recommendation from my daughter. Greeted as soon as I walked in. Very knowledgeable sales associate who helped with my selection and placement of charms on my bracelet. I never felt rushed, I am an older person and at some other locations I’ve visited , it felt like I was a nuisance because I didn’t know what I wanted as soon as I came in. Everyone here was happy, friendly and enthusiastic.My husband who was with me even commented on how they let me take my time and look. Ania who was the sales associate was an amazing person!

Judy Browning was very helpful with my entire visit! She went out of her way to find the charms I was looking for exactly, and she even added some suggestions she thought I'd like. I like that this location has retired charms as well!
