The second my fiancé and I walked into the store, we were greeted immediately. We just came to browse as this was our 1st time at this store. Sam W helped us and she noticed my pandora bracelet and asked me about it. I said it’s kind of a romantic/wedding theme so she showed us beautiful charms that went perfect my bracelet!! She knew exactly what I was looking for.

The staff was very attentive. Jasmine offered to clean my current bracelet, and to place my new charm on my bracelet. I was offered a bottle of water.
