My sales associate Amy was awesome. She took the time to show me a lot of charms. The new store at Fox River Mall is beautiful.

The sales associate was extremely patient and helpful in helping me choose what I wanted for a necklace. She went above and beyond to be sure I was satisfied and also took down my name and number for a piece that was out of stock so when they get another she can contact me. I’ve never had a bad experience with Pandora, this was just another fantastic trip!!

My husband is disabled and it you had seating that would be very helpful so he could relax in the store while I looked around. Thanks : D Other than this minor complaint everything was nice. The woman that helped us was very nice and not pushy. My daughter and I bought matching bracelets.

I had received a charm bracelet as a gift awhile back, and recently part of the chain broke and was popping out of place. I took it into my local Pandora store and they were more than happy to replace it for me, even though they didn't have the same color I had before, the ladies there all talked me into getting the plain silver one, which I am glad I chose! The service I received was wonderful! Thank you again for great products and GREAT customer service! I will definitely be back to buy more charms for my bracelet now that I can wear it again without any worries!
