Didn’t have the ring I wanted in stock. Also, I purchased two rings and wore them 3 days and already defective 💔

Had a very good experience at my local store.

It took a very long time to checkout. The device they used to checkout wasn't working properly and we had to wait. We waited longer to check out than we did to purchase a product.

Staff should point out promotions when customers enter store

We had to bring up the charms on my smartphone so our clerk would know which items we were referring to. I am surprised that there is not a better procedure for finding which charms you are looking for. Lack of knowledge of how to use POS.

Sales associate did not have a good knowledge of the products. We knew more about the merchandise than she did. It took a long time for her to figure out where the pcs were we were looking for and how to find them on the store system.

The rings and charms I was interested in were only available online. I wanted to see them in person. I was able to get the one charm I saw online and really liked.

Just very high price and they didn’t let me use my 10% I had.
