The associate I worked with was not informative or suggestive. I was looking at the stackable styles and no feed back on how things would work or look together.

I started out with one sales person and she didn't know what I was asking for even after I showed a picture of the item I was looking for. Ended up with a different sales person that was really trying to up sale after purchasing 200.00 of product. I little to pushy for my liking.

The customer sales associate was great, she helped me find what I needed. However I would like to see if Pandora can expand their gold options!

I’ve had better experience at other locations with other associates. Small things like assisting the customer with removing the bracelet and adding charms goes a long way with customers. Also, No one else was in the store but I felt very rushed.

I went in to purchase a bracelet and some charms, to receive the free jewelry box and the sale associate stated they simply did not receive them on time so the offer was invalid at their store. Also I would have purchased more charms had the associate tried harder to sell them.

I believe I got overcharged for my charms. I didn’t notice until after I was already home and I live over 30 minutes away from the store. The sales associate was very overwhelmed and I think he forgot to put in my 30% discount for the charms.

Sales person Sean B 210048 was not excited about serving my daughter and I. He almost seemed annoyed the we were even in the store. There was an a elastic gate that kept you from entering store to keep the customer count at a minimum and when we were finished with our purchase he just walked away from us and we had to struggle opening the gate. Went back to ask for help and he rolled eyes and opened it for us. Mind you the other two customers he was helping he walked them to the gate and let them. I felt so uncomfortable being in that store. The overall impression was that we were not the right clientele ( in his mind) for your store! Just so disappointed!!!

Despite being able to place an order for store pickup the store was not open. Why is that an option for a store that is closed? Then I was recommended to go one size bigger for the bracelet and was told the exchange would be easy if necessary. Well it was not an easy exchange process at all and the store employee was trying to sell me more stuff instead of just provide the good service I was promised.

I'm not sure if Sean doesn't like his job or what but it is a customer service position and he needs to be reminded that. I brought in a bracelet that broke, his response was "well you can't wear it if your doing activities" I mentioned I wanted my charms put on the bracelet, he tossed it towards me and walked away. I've only ever had the sale associate put the charms on and help put the bracelet on. My charm got stuck for whatever reason and he said "well you really messed this up.." while blowing his attitude telling me "he can't do anything about it" thankfully another associate grabbed it and nicely took the charm off. I am not okay with his customer service at all. My entire family wears pandora and we all gift each other charms.. with it being the holiday I didn't want to even purchase anything with this man because of his attitude. It really sucks that I wasn't able to purchase my mother and sisters Christmas gifts while I had to travel over 30 miles just to be treated so horribly. I hope something is done because I've never had such a bad experience in this location.
