To start off with, the worker was extremely rude and impatient. There was about 3 others in line so we shouldn’t have been rushed. He wouldn’t let us try on a ring we wanted to buy. Then threw one in the package at my friend. Also when we selected a style, he wouldn’t let us try it on and just gave us BOTH the wrong size. Also was annoyed when we asked for a box. When we realized it was the wrong size he blamed us even tho he didn’t even offer us a receipt. The new ones we picked were the same price and I wanted another ring and he didn’t even tell me the price and ran it up without telling me the price. I was too afraid to ask questions because he was so rude before.

There was nothing during my visit that I was not satisfied with.

Went in with a damaged ring, the manager approved an exchange, and the associate (alyssia) went and got out a new ring and then Mary wouldn't allow it because i already exchanged it once. Mary told me to get a different ring or i wasn’t authorized an exchange. So here i sit, with a damaged ring I PAID for - not mary. So not sure how an employee of your company can tell me what i need to exchange it for when its under warranty. Mary of the appleton store was EXTREMELY rude and i will not return.
