Original purchase was online. Because of Andrea, I bought another bracelet plus three charms and two clips. GREAT SERVICE!!

I was in a bit of a rush, without telling the Pandora associate, on her own, she seemed to have picked up on that and quickly assisted my daughter and I with everything I wanted to see, answered all questions, she was very sweet!
