The sales staff were all very responsive and helpful. They were also very knowledgeable and made suggestions as well when I needed 4 items and there were only 1. The sales representative found something that was just as adorable for me to gift to my 3 sisters and my cousin. I bought the one necklace for myself. The line moved quick . There was a lot of precautions being taken . The workers were very nice & helpful when looking for the right jewelry.

The reason for my visit was due to a bracelet that I had purchased a couple months ago broke. The old store manager Evelyn had told me that merchandise had a one year damage warranty. I went ahead and brought back the bracelet with my receipt and Natalie was very nice and helped me complete my exchange for a new bracelet. She was very friendly.
