When I first arrived I can tell that the sales reps we're busy with customers and the ones that weren’t with customers were wiping down countertops and the plastic dividers. But the better experience was Alicia my sales rep. She was really patient with me and very helpful. She even offered to wrap my gifts for my wife even after I had came in to buy an item that was no longer in stock.

The worker who helped me was super nice and understanding. She was able to help me and my mother choose and pick out what we wanted. She also helped with speaking Spanish to my mother so my mom can shop with ease.

I always appreciate the knowledgable staff and service I receive at Pandora. The options were perfect for my anniversary gift to my wife Michele.

I had a wonderful experience at the Pandora location in Emeryville . Asucena R. and Ann offered the best customer service one could get. They were so helpful and kind on making sure I left the store absolutely positive in what I was purchasing. Being an indecisive person and knowing you can take your time and that the person that is helping you isn't rushing you is the best customer experience. Recommend this store 10/10 !!

Natalie A. was super friendly and kind. It was my first time at pandora and she welcomed me with warmth. She helped me look for my bracelet size and accessories for my charm bracelet. She also gave me tips on how to take care of my bracelet. I’m really happy that Natalie was there to help and assist me and my boyfriend.
