I came in to exchange a bracelet and AraMarie No. 180900 was so helpful. I was very happy to see AraMarie because I normally shop in Pleasanton and was surprised to see her helping in this location. she always gives such great service. She helped me build another bracelet and was very patient and friendly.

The sales associate that helped me was informative and kind. She did not rush us and helped me choose the perfect gift. She was bilingual which came in handy.

I was highly satisfied because I did not feel rushed or pressured to purchase anything. AraMarie M helped me find the perfect bracelet and gave me advice on how to care and what looked great together. Overall great experience

The sales associates was very knowledgeable. She took her time in assuring that I found exactly what I was looking for. Some charms were out of stock in store, but she found replacements that fit perfectly! I never felt rushed and she was very attentive to my needs.

I was taken care without being rushed and there was an excellent customer service and I had the chance to look at everything and given good suggestions.
