The salesparson at the store were friendly, professional and very knowledgeable of their merchandise. I liked their merchandise display. I was Inforned of the merchandise on special. Very pleasant shopping experience.

Salesperson and staff friendly and helpful in looking for items I looked at in a catalogue. The item I was looking to purchase noticed had a sparkle missing and staff immediately replaced brought out one that did not. Thank you :)

This was the first time my mother and I were going to purchase something from Pandora and everyone was so kind and welcoming to help us. Claudia was the one who helped us and she was very patient with us and helped us decide what rings to buy.
