I am so grateful that you have opened this Pandora in Emeryville. Mikaela greeted me and my dogs with a warm welcome and even hugged my dogs! Mikaela knew her products in the store and called me at a later time when something I was looking for was finally available for purchase at the store. When I went back Mikaela had my items ready and the Store Manager, Evelyn,assisted in wrapping the two items I bought. Great team work! Evelyn then told me about other items that were "new" to the store and I will be back in a few days to purchase an item because of this. Mikaela and Evelyn, are great customer service oriented employees. I run a Global Hospitality company so I know great, authentic service when I see it. My dogs and I will be back soon and thanks again for bringing your store to Emeryville and for hiring Evelyn and Mikaela!

The sales clerk told us in detail how to take care our new jewelery. He made sure we knew exactly what to do if we ever had an issue. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

I was greeted by Elishes C and he was super helpful for my questions. I was trying to pick up a nice bracelet for my mom. He stayed there for almost an hour to help me pick up the perfect bracelet with the meaning well crafted. I'm really amazed by his knowledge about all the items in store, and his patience and caring about my needs as a customer. Later on An (I hope the name is correct) also jumped in and helped me with how to protect the jewelry. I feel at home here. This is so far the best experience I had at Pandora, and I will definitely visit this store soon!
