The girl who assisted me and my friend was the best one here. She continued to entertain us for 40mins even though we still had to make a run for the bank. She put the rings on hold us since we missed the closing of the shop.

The sales associate was extremely friendly, knowledgable and gave me their entire focus. I never felt pressured or rushed. The sales associate didn't "push" me to buy any thing in particular and actually listened to my preferences and likes and was able to guide me to finding a necklace, a pendants and two clips and still took time to help me find the two free gifts that my purchase qualified me for. Very excited and satisfied with the purchase.

I love the charms I buy every I can. they are of excellent quality I like very much the silver very good quality they fascinate me 😍

I was really excited about the new location I couldn’t wait to get to the store and I was really surprised of the sale they have going on so I was able to grab a few more items than expected the cells person was really nice he gave me a free jewelry box .

This experience was really exceptional, very different from what we had before. The sales agent, An, was very helpful, warm and accommodating. Because of her attitude, instead of just exchanging the product we got to purchase more and might be returning back to this store. I commend An, together with her store manager, Paul for making customer service truly exceptional for customers like us.

I was not highly satisfied because it was quite pricey for me. There was one ídem that wasn’t in stock yet. They didn’t know when the ídem was going to get in stock.

The items that I wanted were not available in my size. I looked around for other options but everything was too big or too small for me.
