The employee was nice but she didn’t really explain what she’d recommend or explain anything especially it being my first time there

When I came in nobody said welcome in and when I was seeking help one of the workers just stared at me and walked away. I was looking at the jewelry and one of the workers told me to step to the side because she was helping somebody else but I was only happy because I’ve got my charm bracelet that I’ve been wanting.

It’s not that I wasn’t satisfied it’s just I wanted to get a bracelet for my mom. However, the bracelets weren’t big enough for her wrist so I opted out and decided to get her a pair of earrings which were nice and was the same as the bracelet, or at least looked identical, which I was happy about however, the price was a bit offputting for some earrings. I paid $113 however if it wasn’t the worst I’ve seen.

I was not greeted when I walked in the store nor asked questions about what I was shopping for. I had to initiate the sale with the sales associates. I walked in the store with my mindset that I was going to buy a bracelet. It would’ve been nice to have some recommendations from the sales associates.

The Emeryville store is like another family to me every time I come trough he door they they greet by name and always so friendly and nice to me

No where to sit since i have a disability.

Sales associate was super friendly and offered support in purchases. Great selection at the store!

Although I’ve been at this location many times I was kinda pressured into spending a little more money that I wanted too but on the other hand I just went along with the purchases anyway. It’s not going to stop me from returning to the store in the future I’ll just stick to my budget the next time but sales associate was really nice and friendly.

I am happy with the product. It seems to be slightly expensive but still it is somewhat okay. I was expecting much more designs. But it is okay.

The selection of charms was limited. Was looking for a grandmother charm. Unable to have a zodiac charm. Overall experience I left satisfied.
