I needed to return/exchange a ring because the size was smaller than supposed to be. Because of the Exchange Policy had passed 30 days the salesperson just apologized, what was an insult to me as I am such a great costumer of Pandora's Stores. Even spending more money at the same day at the store, they didn't do nothing about it! Anyway, lesson learned! If they don't need you they will not do much! Now I understood how the Pandora Costumer Satisfaction works.

The only reason why I am returning is bcz two days after getting the cheap bracelet replaced now my new cheap bracelet is missing a charm. It’s infuriating and I will never ever recommend pandora ever again or gift it not even to my worse enemy!

The sales person called Mikaela it was so rude to me!Im asking and looking for some charms,and she barely knows where they are,and when I asked for some SALE charms she said or we don’t have nothing here,and I asked if I can see others charms besides SALE ones, she says do u have specific ones?wgen I was at this store 2months ago the guy the is there was so friendly and kind to me,but on this Saturday the salesperson is so rude
