It was super nice as soon as we walked in Alejandra C greeted us and asked if we needed any help. She was super friendly and helped out a lot. Helped choose the perfect bracelet for my mom. She got along with us both extremely well she was super kind and would definitely love to see her again in the store.

Everyone in the Emeryville store is extremely friendly and willing to help you when you walk in the store. Ahn, the Manager, is a GEM. This is my go to store.

The sales associate was very nice and helpful even though I knew what I wanted to purchase. She also showed me other charms as well that I might have been interested in.

I’ve been returning back to the store Frequently. I just love that you have the many selections/ options you can make what ever your heart desire weather it’s a bracelet, rings, earrings etc. it’s so much fun and addictive.
