The last time I made a visit was January and I was NOT happy. Tammy made up for the bad experience. She was very friendly and helpfully! I was in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent customer service...thank you!!!

Everything went well.The sales associate was very helpful and friendly.I was pleased with my experience.

I went it to look for a certain collection and the store manager Tammy helped me out extremely well. It took me awhile to decide but she had the patience and was very sweet.

I loved the customer service. She was great. She helped me with my bracelet and put the charms in a nice order. She also cleaned my bracelet while I picked my charms

She was very polite. And she asked if I would like anything else. I also had her to clean my jewelry

I was assisted by Tammy who is always great. She is always there to help me find everything I needed and even sometimes things I didn't know I needed! I was finally able to complete my granddaughter's princess bracelet and got myself a little something that Tammy raved about.

Oh sales assistant is always the one to help us and she is always so kind and very knowledgeable. I love seeing her smiling face each time we walk into the store and she always knows exactly what we need/want.
