They were very knowledgeable and helpful when u was selecting my merchandise. Gave many suggestions on different items when I told them what I was looking for.

Sales Associates knew exactly what bracelet I as looking for and found the correct size as I could do that online.

When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted, and as I walked in even more a sales associate immediately came over asking if I needed help with anything. I explained to her what I was looking for which I described as a “black leather bracelet” and she immediately knew what I was talking about. She was willing to show me all the different sizes and try them on. I let her know that I was trying to figure out what size would fit the person I was giving it to and she told me even if it didn’t fit I’d be able to come back which helped me out.

I was helped right away and Carol was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a birthday gift for my niece but wasn't lookin for anything specific. Carol help me find the perfect gift and my niece loved the pieces she helped me pick out
