I went shopping in the Dover Mall Pandora store in Dover, DE. My salesperson Ryannna was extremely helpful, professional and very personable. She offered sugestions and made my shopping experience so pleasant I was thrilled to do business in this store. My daughter actually came back with me and made an additional purchase based on our previous experience. Her shopping experience was just as great with her salesperson and manager Tammy. I hope all your stores have salespersons as wonderful as these two! Kudos! Great Job!

Tammy, the store manager was super nice, patient and helpful. We got to talk about my purchase and she provided additional charm options to make the bracelet better. She also explained what the clips were and how they can be used to enhance the look of the bracelet.

Ladiana was amazing! She was great at showing me different combinations of rings and she was even joking around with me and my boyfriend! She even told me to come back so she can see how I decide to wear my rings! She was amazing, some of the best customer service I’ve ever had. I will definitely make the hour drive even though I live 5 mins from a Pandora just because of her.
