Jaden was the most pleasant sales person I have every met at a Pandora. She was welcoming listened to my requests. She is a top notch employee and made a sale when I wasn’t really looking for anything. Plus she promoted the PCC well and now I have one. 😊

The sales associate Carol H No. 169859 was wonderful! She made the process of returning a ring from an Ex boyfriend very easy and positive. She even took the time to find out my personal taste in jewelry, my birth stone, and career to better help me enjoy my Pandora experience and in the end I got a beautiful emerald tennis bracelet that not only is gorgeous but is my new favorite self love piece of jewelry.

Great experience on purchasing first my first Pandora with Kassidy at Dover Mall in Delaware. The sales were amazing as well as the selection. Definitely recommending.

Yadiana listened to the items I was interested in purchasing today. One item was not available in the store, so she recommended I try ordering it online. Unfortunately it was out of stock online. She then called another store to see if item was in stock in their store. It is, so I’ll be driving there tomorrow. She went out of her way to provide excellent customer service.
