The salesperson Tammy S. No. 169858 was very helpful. She helped with me picking out a nice bracelet and a charm. I left with a smile on my face.

The merchandise is absolutely gorgeous. The sales people in Dover Delaware were absolutely fantastic. The store was clean and everything was on its place.

The store had the turtle charm I wanted for my beach themed bracelet.

My salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit this store again!!

The employees know what they are talking about. They have wonderful knowledge and recommendations. Please give these women a raise for their awesome work.

Carol was outstanding from the moment I entered the store. So friendly, sociable, and excitedly ready to assist. Carol has knowledge about all things Pandora and allowed me to bounce from rings to bracelets, then back to rings without an issue. She was a phenomenal representative & I will be back due to her genuine character and product knowledge.

Rayna greeted me immediately. She knew what was and was not in inventory so when the item I wanted was out of stock she knew what to recommend for an alternative. I went in for 2 items and left with 4 and a charge account. She was helpful but I never felt pressured. Great experience except for out of stock items.

The salesperson yadiana R no. 199064 was amazing there’s not enough words to describe how sweet and knowledgeable and attentive she is. I could tell from get go she loved her job. She was a blessing to me with how she was so patient and attentive with me and in helping me figure out just how I wanted to add to my bracelet. This by far was the best experience I’d had at a Pandora and just this year alone I’ve been to one in Vegas where I started at the Dover mall with this young lady was by far the greatest she went as far as helping me figure out how to add the charms to the bracelet to where it looked amazing and is the only one that has offered/ cleaned it for me. I world recommend any and all to go see this godsend young lady to Dover mall for any and all Pandora jewelry. If I didn’t live in Indiana and was just up here for family reasons I would only shop at this location as long as I had her. Being that I have management background she would be one that would be amazing and definitely have company minded to be in that position

The sales lady was great and greeted me when I came in. I told her what I was looking for and she quickly got it and showed me options to go with my ring.
