I did not know my birthday ten percent was for online ,but the store manager was kind enough to honor it in the store. The Sales Rep was very pleasant.

The ladies were very helpful making my selection. The only problem l had was deciding which charm to pick. Selection where very plentiful.

The sales associates were sweet and very knowledgeable. They provided great suggestions based on my likes and dislikes. It was just a great experience

There was no line. We went in and I stated what I was looking for and the associate knew exactly what I was looking for. Even tried showing me some promotional items but I went in knowing I just wanted one item and got it.

From the moment I entered the establishment I was greeted with a warm welcome from the store manager Tammy. She was very polite to me and my granddaughter, the customer service she provided was excellent. My overall experience was a delightful one and I will definitely revisit this particular location in the future.
