I visited the store to have my elderly neighbors tarnished bracelet cleaned. The sales put in tremendous effort to restore shine to the bracelet. While her cleaning we developed a conversation about the rose gold bracelet.

I came in looking for clips for my Pandora bracelet, and Carol was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. Not only that, she explained the quality of the materials of each clip.
