Mall where Pandora store is conveniently located close to my home so I don’t usually have to order what I want online which saves on shipping. Store is very clean. Great selection of charms.

Staff members at this location are the best. Manager Tammi and Assistant Manager Dionne have set the tone for excellent customer service.

I was greeted immediately as soon as I enter the store. Janea from the Dover store helped me and she was so gracious and patient with me and what I needed. She told me all about the offers and I even apply and was approved for the Pandora Credit card. I definitely walked away happy. Thank you Janea for all your help.
