Everyone was very attentive, understanding, and considerate.

the sales person was very helpful in assisting me while i was deciding on which charms to choose. I specifically was looking for a rose but they told me thst was no longer in the store. The dover mall in Delaware has a lot of selections to choose from and the employees are very nice.

Im highly satisfied with my pandora visit because i was shopping fore one birthday gift and the girl that attended me helped me find everything i was looking for. She was very nice to me and even pulled out more jewelry that i was likely to love without a problem. They even gave me the idea of stacking my rings and i ended up buying more than i expected to.

I was highly pleased with the service. The store manager was able to greet us and help serve with what I needed. In which I was there for a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I’m satisfied with the service and I’m sure my one and only will love what I have purchased for her birthday. Highly recommend going to the Dover mall Pandora.

The Associate (Dionne) was very helpful with displaying charms, necklaces, and bangles to me. She knew the products and she took the time to clean my charms and bangles. Dionne was very helpful.

The cleanliness of the store was outstanding, the merchandise was set up nicely and easy to view. The staff was very accommodating and knowledgeable and very professional. I was only going to look but ended up buying multiple items.
