I like the products and creative charms and the customer service is usually very helpful.

Sales person was very nice and I didn’t have to wait long.

I received help right away upon entering the store. Was greeted with smiles and offered help. Betty had great ideas after listening to what i had in mind for my purchase. She tried different charms and arrangements for my bracelet and really enjoyed what she was doing. A pleasant experience.

When I walked into the store I was greeting immediately by an employee. She was super friendly and offered other ideas of that I was looking for. She let me know about the sales/deals they had going on for the month.

The sales associate greated us in a friendly manner. Her knowledge of the different sized bracelets and which charm would fit my bracelet I bought 10 years ago was great. Finally she introduced me to clips.

Jen was very knowledgeable. I was looking for stacking rings and she helped me with many good selections. I knew there was one ring I wanted but I ended up leaving with five!
