I received help in making my selections. Everyone was helpful. Even though it was black friday and crowded, i was pleasantly waited on.

Sales associates were extremely friendly and very helpful. They knew exactly what I was looking for and gave no trouble. The store had plenty of opinions to choose from. Will for sure come back :)

The customer service we received was awesome. Our associate was Carol we were in Dover, DE, One of the items i purchased was on sale. The selection was great including some new Christmas charms.

Carol H No. 169859 was amazing and very informative. Helped us picked out my sons girlfriends present gave us many options to pick from. We will be going back for Christmas presents!!

During my visit at Dover Mall Pandora I was greeted by both Jennifer and Carol H. Carol took care of my purchase. I love how she took her time and showed me multiple pieces that would satisfy my needs. She also went above and beyond to show me pieces for future purchases by displaying the overall look on my bracelet. Jennifer also interacted with us as well making the entire experience enjoyable and satisfying. I will be returning and I do hope I can continue to be assisted my Carol. If not I know any of the great employees of this brand will assist me. Thank you again Carol H. For all your assistance :)
