I called the store in advance to confirm that it would be possible to exchange a ring because a gem fell out. Dionne answered the phone, looked up my information, & confirmed I would be able to. I arrived and Dionne had everything ready for an efficient check out. She was very knowledgeable on the new jewelry cleaner & how to avoid discoloration of the ring (avoiding ocean & pool water & cleaning supplies).

Elizabeth was friendly knowledgeable and cared about her products. most sales clerks are rude and pushy. she was very courteous.

The clamps come loose and you loose them you need to find a better way for customers not to loose clamps and charms on brackets

The Sales clerk was very Nice, efficient, and knowledgeable of the procducts. They were having a great 20% off
