The store no longer had what I was looking for but the sales person was more than willing to help me create something as equally nice.

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased earrings and didn’t know it had a necklace. She showed me the necklace when I picked up my order. I love it!!

I have visited this store on numerous occasions since moving here. Every employee is so friendly and helpful. I few weeks again my bracelet and rings turned a dark color, I went into the store to for assistance, the ladies there helped me by cleaning my jewelry for me and gave me tips on how it can be prevented the next time. Because of how kind and welcoming those ladies were I had to go back a purchase something. Thank you ladies so much for all your help

The customer service I received was very good. The salesperson was knowledgeable and helped me with the items I was looking to purchase. She also cleaned my daughter's Pandora pieces for her.

I always shop at this pandora, and every time Ms. Tiffany and Jaden go above and beyond to help me. They help me pick out items for my wife, make suggestions, they always listen even when I'm rambling or going in a tangent. They provide genuinely exceptional service, which is very rare in this day and age. Both Ms. Tiffany and Jaden are the reason I continue to shop at this particular pandora, as opposed to shipping online or with a different company. They both always provide consistently high quality customer service.

The associate that I dealt with she was very friendly her name was Cassidy and she went over and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant.

Our salesperson Carol H. from the Dover De.store was excellent. As soon as we walked in she greeted my husband and I with the most friendliest greetings and did not pressure us to buy anything. I already knew what I wanted and when she told us about the great promotion that was going on, I actually wound up buying my best coworker a charm. Carol H. is the best. I can’t say how happy we were when we left the store. I would highly recommend her to go and see. She knew exactly what she was talking about. We did go to the Rehoboth beach store, but no one there even greeted us even though they were busy, no one took the time to look up to even help us. So we left. I know for sure I will be going to the store where we felt welcomed. Thank you Carol for such an excellent experience.
