I had a wonderful associate (Dionne) assist me with my purchase. Very knowledgeable and helpful with suggesting items for my bracelet. Happy she was able to assist me.

I had a Pandora flyer with me when I walked in the door. I was greeted immediately, and the sales associate knew exactly where the products I was looking for were. And they were in stock. I was shopping for a gift for my wife, and the sales associate put the jewelry on, so I could see how it would potentially look/fit on my wife. Checkout was very easy, and the gift wrapping is a very nice bonus.

the friendly sales associate her knowledge and how she had her own Pandora bracelet rings earrings she was wearing and helped me make my selection and the ease of making a return.
