Great overall experience. The sales ladies were very friendly and very helpful. They knew a lot about the charm I was looking for and told me about several others that go with the charm and other upcoming charms.

Tammy was very friendly, was doing something when I first walked in but she immediately stopped, greeted me and proceeded to help me, she has a very pleasant attitude and she took her time with helping me, made suggestions and showed me quite a few new items that were in stock, she also showed me a few different ways to wear my charms.
