I wanted to get an angel charm and two associates helped me by showing me a variety of angel wings. I bought charms during the 45% off sale and got 3 charms for $89. The same charms I looked at online they had in store.

Happy to have a Pandora store in Dover Mall! Store is nice, very organized, and the jewelry in the display cases are exceptionally bright and clean! Kristin was extremely knowledgeable in the Pandora products and helpful in assisting me with my purchase.. she is an asset to the Pandora company and Dover store!

The item that I wanted to purchase was not available and had to take the model item. It was dull looking and the associate had to clean the item.

Every place has room for improvement. I love Pandora and your products are adorable... I've had problems with the stones falling out at times. I think the sales could be better.
