I had an email giving me a free gift that the manager would not honor. My coupon had time and date displayed that would expire at midnight. She told I would have to go to another store to use it. They even had the free gift on the counter.

I have several items that broke and there was nothing that pandora associates could do about it. One item I've been wanting to change since I got it and I was told I couldn't.

The associate showed us all of the charms, bracelets that we wanted to look at. Let us try it on and explained everything in detail the quality, cleaning, size, etc. She also explained the payment plan or credit card if we were interested in that.

It was during Christmas time. We had to wait in line outside . And once we got inside the representative act like she didn’t want to be there or she was in pain But another manager took over it was very nice and I enjoyed purchasing my gift for Christmas Thanks Pandora love my bracelet
