The wait to get in was too long and the staff was doing a lot of conversing with each other rather than helping guest in a timely manner

I Mrs.Martin enjoy visiting this location and the sale lady was very helpful and friendly when in the Area again I would revisit this Pandora Store again.

The people in this store are very nice. Unfortunately, the store manager seems to be the only person who is excited about the product or even knows the product line. This is the second time I have come to this location and asked for a specific bead and the sales person looked at me like I had three heads. The store manager knew exactly where to find it each time. I realize that's probably a part of her job. I cannot express enough that I go there because of her. I don't know her name but she's awesome.

I was gifted a charm around Christmas and at that time I brought it in & was told I could exchange it at any time however I could only return it within 30 days. At that time, I shopped around and couldn’t find an item I liked enough to purchase. I finally went back this month & found a ring I loved which was more than the charm gifted to me & the manager told me I could only exchange it within 30 days. I let her know I had been told differently previously so she told me this one time she would make an exception. Additionally, I think the charms & bracelets are too expensive & you risk losing a lot of money if the bracelet breaks which is why I exchanged a charm for a ring. I know I’ll wear everyday & just showing my cousin which ring I got made her want one for mother’s day which is great!!
