The store manager was very knowledgeable but the associate helping us wasn't. The store manager really made the experience better. I enjoyed her enthusiasm for the product. The associate was as familiar with what was available or going to be available. I knew more about up coming products (from mailings) than she did. She was friendly and she tried.

I purchased stackable rings with stones in them for a Christmas present. A stone fell out within 30 days went back to the store. They were very rude. Basically said I was too rough with them. They did exchange it at home open the box and another stone was missing. The rings are adorable, but I want them to last more than one month of wearing them.

Only two sales associates during the holidays season is unacceptable. The long wait outside the store only to get inside to a mediocre sales associate who is more interested in pushing a $5.00 gift box than anything else. This cannot be your best. During this time of the year you should be giving nothing but stellar customer service, in an expeditious manner, and you failed.

The item I wanted and ready to purchase was not available for military discount. The item has been sold for 2 yrs not a new item. Sales rule change to benefit the store not the customer. Instead I chose an item that I didn’t go to purchase. Thank You, Luz

There were only 2 sales associates and it was the day before Mother's day. The associate who assisted me was rude and made me feel rushed. I had a pickup order but decided to buy some additional items. I knew exactly what i wanted and didn't need to browse, but she made me feel like she didn't really want to help.

I went to exchange a charm I received for Christmas. I was told the value of the charm when I asked, before searching for a new one. I spent shopping for the perfect charm. Upon checking out, I was told that the value of the returned charm was 30% less because I did not have the receipt. Why wasn’t this said when I asked before I spent time shopping? I left very disappointed!!

The Associate that help me did not show me all merchandise that was available. I was shopping for bracelet to add my charms to. She only showed me one section of the sale. I bought the bracelet and came back into the store; seen that their were a lot more on the other side. I bought another bracelet because the sale items are not returnable. She was not friendly or helpful at all. My first bad experience with Pandora. I will not be back.

When I arrived at the store there wasn’t any instructions if I should come inside or wait outside and there wasn’t a line. So, I went in and eventually someone came to help me after about 20 minutes of waiting. The lady I had assisting me had an accent that was very difficult to understand. I told her I was try to get Christmas charms for my mom and my sister and she decided to just give me charms that said for sister and for mom not Christmas charms. Then I told her specific what I was looking for and she got frustrated with me and during the entire visit she kept telling me what she think was nice and didn’t let me look at the entire selection to let me make that decision on my own. I picked out one charm and she told me the other one was better?!? Was it because it was more expensive? I didn’t really care about the price but, her comments were highly unnecessary.

The Associate that helped me find the charm that I was looking for was rather rude, she immediately pointed out that she thought I had incorrectly organized my existing charms on my bracelet, and that if I wanted to do it correctly I should get a clip. Which I do already have on my bracelet, and had bought from that store just a few weeks previously. After I declined the offer to look at clips, she made a face and then asked me what charm I was looking for. The whole interaction just made me incredibly uncomfortable and that’s certainly not how I expect to feel when I’m in a store. Especially not one that I’m in just to spend so much money on one simple charm.
