Tammy S was very short and rude. Asked for her opinion and she didn’t care to give it to us. Was very abrupt and made it apparent she wanted my girlfriend and I out of there as soon as possible. I have come to this pandora many times and the workers are so nice. This is the first time I have dealt with the manager and she was very unsatisfactory. She should learn a thing or two from her subordinates.

I was highly satisfied with the amazing customer service from Jada-she's an asset. Her attention to detail, integrity, emotional intelligence, competence, patience, and people skills were outstanding. I had a wonderful experience with Jada and I hope and pray this goes into her personnel file! On the other hand the experience I had with her colleague Carol is the opposite and very concerning. Carol came over at least 4 times to monitor me and Jada, she never spoke to me once but instead stood there silently watching every move Jada made. She asked if Jada checked my receipt to make sure I did not purchase my return earrings with a bracelet as if I was getting over and did not have a right to my full refund. The moment I came in Jada was very friendly and checked my receipt. She was the only one who greeted me. The only time Carol spoke to me was when she told me to complete the return slip and then never thanked me. She displayed horrible customer service and people skills. I wondered if she treated me and Jada this way because we were both African-American. Does she treat all employees and customers this way? I usually have a great experience at Pandora. I am very disappointed!
