Delana the esthetician was AMAZING! I received a classic facial and she answered all my questions I had concerning my skin. The facial experience was overall amazing! She even recommended products that has been helping my skin tremendously 5 stars!

Valentina gave me the best massage!! Staff in the front desk are really nice, specially Ashley.

The therapist is really good

Welcome was nice, the therapist asked a lot of questions and understood what my needs were (although didn't spend time int he area that I had explained needed attention) spent more time on my back than my right leg. However, she did comment on how tight my back was, however my purpose for coming in was for my right leg....She is very nice and thorough, will see her again. will be clearer next time

My overall experience was very pleasant from the moment I arrived at Hand and Stone. The receptionist made me feel very welcomed and offered me hot tea. My massage therapist was also excellent as she addressed all my needs and I felt very relaxed. I am very satisfied and pleased with the treatment I received.
